The 360° Leaders Course is based on the highly successful Soldier 360° Course conceptualized, designed, and developed by Colonel (Retired) Mary Lopez and Brigadier General (Retired) Steven Salazar while on active duty, with the first pilot course offered in March 2010.
As the Commanding General of the Joint Multinational Training Command, BG (Ret) Steven Salazar was the original supporter of the 360° Program in the Grafenwoehr Military Community, ensuring community integration of community resources to support the Program and the support of the military Commanders to maximize the benefits from the Program.
COL (Ret) Mary Lopez has championed the Program throughout the Department of Defense and has managed and delivered over 50 courses as the Program Director and a Lead Instructor.
